My 85 year old parents air conditioning went down on a Saturday evening. We called AAA Cooleration on Sunday morning. In 10 minutes Todd called me and in 25 minutes he was at my parents home. One hour later the air conditioning was working and the outside temperature hit 95 that day. Fast, efficient, fairly priced service.

Life savers

We have a bakery in Nyack and equipment breakdowns are a regular part of life for us. We have been using AAA Cooleration for over 7 years and they have always come through for us. They've fixed refrigerator units, A/C's, heating units, ovens, basically if it is commercial equipment   Mark can fix it! They respond to messages quickly and show up when they say they will. The guys have actually stopped back by when they are in the area just to make sure something is still working as it should. I really can't recommend them highly enough.

Todd came through for us in this heat! Our A/C fan stopped running in 105 degree weather - on a Sunday! Todd was there within a couple of hours and within minutes he realized that the control panel was fried on the unit. He was able to keep the fan on continuously (I have two little kids who I was worried about in the heat) until he got the part the next day. It was awesome!

Had another AC company out. He told us the unit was fried, we needed to replace it. Called AAA for a second opinion. It was a tripped switch that needed to be reset...it took him about 2 minutes to figure out what was wrong with it. Both the technician and the office personal were friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you for being one of the few honest company's out there.
